Service Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Service Provider

The amount, if collected with the order, will not be transferred to the respected partner until the consumer receives the service s/he orders. If the service fulfilment fails within the specified deadline, the order will be cancelled and the amount will be refunded to the consumer.If the consumer places the order and due to some reason (unexpected lack of inventory or any other reason) the service is not able to fulfil, the order will be cancelled and the amount, if collected, will be refunded. If the services are fulfiled to the consumer and the consumer does not raise an alert within 2 working days, the service are assumed to be accepted by the consumer.

Please note that there may be certain orders that our manufacturer/partners/sellers are unable to accept and must cancel. The manufacturer/partner/seller reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include non-availability service provider to fulfil the purchase order, inaccuracies or improper fulfillment of the service or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.
